Tell them an example from your own experience or an inspiring story of the lives of great people. For example, the writer J.K. Rowling. First all publishers refused to publish her Harry Potter books. Can you imagine if she gave up and didn’t find the publisher that agreed? Or Walt Disney, who was fired from his job at the newspaper because he “lacked imagination”.
Explain the importance of being persistent. If something does not work out now, but the child continues to try hard, then it will bring results.
